Mark Rush

Bringing a dedicated passion for Pan-Asian cuisine, Chef Mark is excited to share his knowledge, techniques, recipes and most importantly, food with you. Taking influences from years of study and eating his way through most of Asian; this four-course tasting menu, titled, Sea and Spring, highlights Asian microgreens, spring mushrooms, sustainably harvested seafood, and complementary Japanese ingredients in an adventurous culinary experience. Chef Mark will share traditional Asian flavors, ingredients, and give detailed explanations to his guests so they may grow their culinary expertise and recreate these dishes again at home.
